Dagostinia's new territory is still being explored for mineral resources. Several specimen have been found and they are in the process of being determined for nativity before being cataloged.

Lava rock is abundant and appears to be natural. The extent of the rock is such that it would be unsurmountable to import and move the amount of rock that exists in the conditions that it exists within. The Forest is part of a hilly system that is adjacent to a larger system of extinct lava domes. Therefore we believe this source to be natural.

The Field contains mostly clayey soil. It is in a state of permanent saturation from about 12" down.
