The Oversight Office is the checks and balances for the Executive Office. The head of the Oversight Office is appointed by the Executive Office and is for life. The Oversight Office may appoint a successor with approval from the Monarch. In the event of the Overseer's death, the Monarch may appoint a replacement to fill the office. The Oversight Office may remain unfilled for a time as specified in the Constitution.

The Oversight Office is currently filled by Melissa D'Agostine.
